Bugambilia presents a wide variety of serving ware designs for your buffet service.

Our product is solid sand cast aluminum, manufactured in our own Foundry in Mexico. Our foundry has been providing sand cast aluminum products to many parts of the world for the last twenty five years.

Most of our designs are available in either our patent pending uniquely formulated resin coating or our highly polished finish.

Bugambilia resin coated aluminum is foodservice safe. Our unique patent pending technique allows this product to be commercially durable. Commercial dishwasher safe, scratch, chip, peel and tarnish resistant. These items may be placed in a refrigerator, freezer or warming oven prior to service and will maintain temperature for an extended period of time. The cast aluminum is a great conductor of temperature. Our product placed on ice or on a cold table will insure the correct serving temperature of your food.

Bugambilia polished aluminum is foodservice safe. These items may be placed in a refrigerator, freezer or oven prior to service and they will maintain temperature for an extended period of time. The cast aluminum is a great conductor of temperature. Our product placed on ice or on a cold table will insure the correct serving temperature of your food. These items may be exposed to an open flame or broiler.
