against chipping, lifting and pealing of their resin coated products under
normal use. If product is abused damage can occur.

dishwasher safe. Any detergents or sanitizers except for iodine may be used.
Bleach will not damage the coating. White type scouring pads may be used.
Yes, any metal utensils except for a knife
may be used with the Bugambilia resin coated products.
Yes, the Bugambilia resin coated products
can tolerate a temperature range from -20* F to 200* F. Bugambilia resin coated
products may be placed in the freezer, refrigerator or warming oven not to
exceed 200*F prior to service. The cast aluminum base is a great conductor of
temperature and therefore food will maintain correct serving temperatures for a
period of time. Bugambilia resin coated products work great placed directly on
ice, on cold tables, in deli cases on steam tables, in chafing dishes and on
hot tables not to exceed 200* F. Steam will not damage the coating. Heat lamps
may be used.

Yes, unfortunately certain foods may stain
our lighter colors. Staining can be more severe when product is used in warm
applications. Certain stains may be removed by soaking the item in a solution
of bleach and soapy water overnight and then running through the dishwasher
machine.
